PLAN YOUR MEALS AROUND YOUR GROCERY STORE\u2019S FLYER<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instead of just planning your meals based on a cookbook or whatever you can dream up, plan all your meals around what\u2019s on sale in your grocery store\u2019s flyer. Look at the biggest sales, then plan meals based on those ingredients and what you have on hand, and you\u2019ll find yourself with a much smaller food bill than you\u2019re used to. Pick \u2018n Pay and Woolies run specials all the time and these often included specific meal combinations that are really well priced.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. DO A PRICE COMPARISON AND BUY THE CHEAPEST ITEMS AT THE BEST STORE<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Most of us get in a routine of shopping at the same grocery store, even though quite often it\u2019s not the one that offers the best deals on our most common purchases.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fortunately, there\u2019s a simple way to find the cheapest store around. Just keep track of the twenty or so things you buy most often, then shop for these items at a variety of stores. If you shop at a mall that has a Woolies and a Pick \u2018n Pay, you can buy the best priced items at each and save!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. BAKE YOUR OWN PASTRIES<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Before I tried it myself, I thought homemade bread making was complicated and a waste of time and money. I came to find out that it was pretty easy and it was actually much cheaper, healthier, and tastier than buying a loaf from the store.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, we rarely ever buy bread products at the store \u2013 and we save money by making that choice. Instead, I\u2019ve found that I quite often feel much better by going home and taking some quiet time just to stretch and then meditate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">I end up feeling energised, happy, and ready to face an evening with the family in the right mindset than I ever would by just blowing some cash after work. Instead of spending to de-stress, try some basic meditation techniques, stretching, or yoga and see how you feel! Even a walk with your partner around the block can do wonders \u2013 and try not to talk about work!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.
